Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a traditional Japanese healing technique based on a principle that a vibrational continuum, or an unseen life force energy consistent with modern physics, flows through each of us.
This makes Reiki one of the best virtual resources for integrative care. Because this energy can be channeled across time and space, a Distance Reiki session is just as effective as being in person and can be utilized to promote stress reduction, pain management, recover from medical procedures and improve overall well-being.
Emotional or physical trauma, even secondary, can have a huge effect on the human body. While there are many holistic therapies like qigong, shiatsu and yoga that can aid in deep healing, Reiki is the most subtle approach to restoring balance to our bodies, minds and spirits. Reiki vibrations help quiet the mind and create space in the body in order to soothe the spiritual distress brought on by high levels of pain or anxiety.
Reiki is beneficial to all and is a wonderful tool to bring balance to our overworked and overloaded systems. After receiving Reiki, people have reported feeling seen, more vital and experience less pain and tension within the body, leading to increased awareness of the mind.body.spirit connection. Research supports that a greater self-awareness can lead to stronger self-esteem and self-agency. You will leave your session feeling relaxed, balanced and empowered on your journey ahead.

Oracle Cards are a tool for us to gain deeper understanding of ourselves and the wisdom within. You have the option to your deck of choice and will receive 1-3 cards as divine guidance in relation to the themes discussed in session.
